Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the WUKO NEXT service, a B2B supply chain platform operated by WUKO PTE. LTD. By applying for access, enrolling as a partner, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Service
WUKO NEXT operates a layered service architecture that includes Goku Origin (global FOB sourcing), SG Pipeline (Singapore market pipeline operations), SG Prime (Singapore ready-stock fulfillment), and the Singapore Showroom as a physical commercial layer.
Different partners may have access to different layers of the service, depending on qualification, target market, and internal operating capacity. Access is never guaranteed by the act of applying.
Partner Qualification
Use of WUKO NEXT is strictly B2B. Service access is granted through a qualification process that includes review of company information, target markets, fulfillment preference, and expected volume range.
WUKO PTE. LTD. reserves the right to approve, decline, or terminate partner access at its sole discretion, with or without cause, consistent with the fit of the partner profile against our supply chain design.
Pricing, Orders, and Fulfillment
All commercial terms — including pricing, incoterms, minimum order quantities, lead times, and fulfillment responsibilities — are governed by a separate written order, contract, or partner agreement executed between the partner and WUKO PTE. LTD.
Quotations or indicative figures shared on the public website or via the application form are not binding offers and are subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and brand assets associated with WUKO NEXT, including the WUKO GROUP, WUKO NEXT, Goku Origin, SG Pipeline, and SG Prime names and marks, are the exclusive property of WUKO PTE. LTD. or its licensors.
No part of the service may be reproduced, repurposed, or presented as a partner’s own capability without prior written authorisation.
Compliance Obligations
Partners agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their target markets, including customs, import/export, food and beverage, alcohol licensing, and tax obligations. Detailed compliance requirements are set out in our Compliance & KYC notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WUKO PTE. LTD. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every partner’s specific expectation. All implied warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WUKO PTE. LTD., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with access to or use of the service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal environment. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
